Step-by-Step Payment Process
Prepare a Recognized Payment Method
Google Workspace is strict and does not accept Prepaid Cards or Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs). You must use a standard, international Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/AmEx) or a Debit Card explicitly enabled by your bank for recurring international business transactions.
Navigate to the Billing Admin Console
Sign in to your Google Admin Console (you must have Super Administrator privileges). Go to Menu > Billing > Payment Accounts > Payment Settings.
Enter Card Details and Match Billing Address
Under "Add Payment Method," enter the details of your chosen card. Crucially, ensure the billing address entered in Google Workspace exactly matches the address your card-issuing bank has on file.
